About Project
This project focuses on the implementation of IBM Maximo as a comprehensive CMMS/EAM solution for power generation plants. The objective is to digitalize maintenance management, centralize asset information, and enable data-driven decision-making to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost control across all operations.
Our Client’s Challenge
The client faced limited visibility over maintenance activities due to fragmented or manual processes. The absence of a robust CMMS system restricted access to historical data, hindered preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and reduced the ability to track KPIs effectively. Additionally, inefficiencies in work order management, inventory control, and asset tracking impacted overall plant performance and increased operational costs.

Outcome
