About Project
This project focuses on the development and implementation of operational procedures for a newly constructed power generation plant. The goal is to establish clear, standardized, and practical guidelines that support a safe startup, stable operations, and long-term reliability. All procedures are tailored to the specific configuration of the plant, ensuring alignment with equipment, systems, and operational requirements from day one.
Our Client’s Challenge
As a newly built facility, the plant lacked fully developed and validated operational procedures aligned with its specific systems and equipment. This created risks during startup and early operations, including inconsistent practices, reliance on individual experience, and limited control over critical processes. The absence of structured documentation also affected training, safety compliance, and coordination between departments.
Our Approach
- Startup-Oriented Assessment
- Procedure Development
- Standardization
- Integration with Training
- Validation & Field Testing
- Document Control:
- Safety & Compliance Focus
- Continuous Improvement
Outcome
Our approach ensures that operational procedures are not only well-documented, but fully aligned with the realities of a newly constructed power plant. We work closely with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams to capture system-specific requirements and translate them into clear, practical, and easy-to-follow procedures.
