    About Project

This project focuses on Revision 2 of Operations and Maintenance procedures, incorporating a strong engineering-driven framework to enhance control, traceability, and continuous improvement. The update integrates key processes such as Document Change Request (DCR), Engineering Change Request (ECR), and a structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process, ensuring that all procedural changes are technically validated and systematically managed.

In addition, the project included the development of job position descriptions and an updated organizational chart, providing clear roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines across the plant. Maintenance procedures were also expanded and structured, with a clear division between mechanical and electrical disciplines, ensuring specialized, detailed, and efficient execution of maintenance activities.

This comprehensive approach establishes a fully integrated operational and engineering framework aligned with industry standards and best practices.

    Scope of Reviewed Departments:

    • Occupational Safety and Health
    • Environment
    • Operations Department
    • Maintenance Department
    • Warehouse
    • Administration
    • Engineering

    Our Client’s Challenge

While previous procedures provided a solid operational foundation, the client required a more robust engineering-driven approach to manage changes, analyze failures, and continuously improve processes. The absence of formal mechanisms for document control, engineering changes, and root cause analysis limited traceability, delayed decision-making, and reduced the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.

    Our Approach

We elevate your procedures to an engineering-driven system—integrating change control and root cause analysis to ensure every improvement is structured, traceable, and aligned with long-term operational excellence.

    • Procedure Enhancement
    • Document Change Control (DCR)
    • Engineering Change Management (ECR)
    • Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
    • Cross-Functional Integration
    • Standardization
    • Continuous Improvement
    • Performance Monitoring

    Outcome

With the implementation of Revision 2, procedures evolved into a dynamic and controlled system supported by engineering processes. The integration of DCR and ECR ensured that all changes are properly evaluated, approved, and documented, while the RCA process enabled the identification and elimination of root causes behind failures and inefficiencies.

As a result, the plant achieved higher reliability, improved process control, enhanced traceability, and a stronger culture of continuous improvement driving safer, more efficient, and more sustainable operations.
