This project focuses on the digital transformation of inspection checklists in a power generation plant, replacing paper-based formats with tablet-based digital solutions. The objective is to capture accurate, real-time data directly from the field, improving efficiency, traceability, and enabling advanced data analysis to support operational excellence.

The plant relied on paper-based inspection lists, resulting in delayed reporting, manual errors, limited traceability, and fragmented data.
